Job Summary
- As the Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and leading business development initiatives to expand the organization’s market presence.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market reach and increase client acquisition
- Lead, guide, and monitor the business development team to achieve assigned growth and revenue targets
- Analyse market trends, identify business opportunities, and provide sales performance insights and reports to management
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery, client satisfaction, and successful conversion of business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of financial products, sales strategies, and business development practices
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability to deliver revenue growth, acquire new business, and lead teams to achieve targets.
Salary
N700,000 - N800,000 monthly (net).
