Job Summary:
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, develop sales pipelines, secure projects, close deals, and support revenue collection across B2B, B2C, and B2G markets.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in technical sales, construction, engineering, real estate, or related industries.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and independently winning new business.
- Ability to identify prospect and acquire new clients across construction, real estate, engineering, residential, corporate and govement sector.
- Ability to prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into profitable business opportunities
