Job Summary

Our client in the advertising industry is looking for a detail-oriented analyst to manage payment gateways, monitor transaction performance, and set up CRM billing processes for marketing campaigns. Marketing experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor payment gateways and analyse daily transaction performance.
  • Track campaign performance, sales, recurring payments, and payment failures.
  • Set up CRM billing processes, pricing, and payment flows for campaigns.
  • Configure and monitor payment gateways.
  • Monitor refunds, chargebacks, and payment settlements.
  • Work with developers, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth campaign operations.
  • Prepare daily performance reports using Excel.

Requirements

  • Experience with payment gateways and CRM is complusory.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; SQL is an advantage.
  • Understanding of recurring payments, refunds, and chargebacks.
  • Marketing or campaign operations experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Note: The role is fully remote, but the successful candidate must be able to work in the EST time zone.
