Requirements
The ideal candidate must be courteous, empathetic, organised, and able to attend to customer enquiries, register patients, manage complaints, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
They must be able to communicate effectively with different people, remain calm under pressure, and handle customer concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Additional Advantage:
Candidates with previous experience working in a hospital, diagnostic centre, clinic, or other medical facility will have an added advantage.
