We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate customer records, follow up on leads and enquiries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Create, design, and publish engaging content across the company’s online platforms.
Plan and support digital marketing activities, including brand promotion, strategic advert placements, and research.
Work with the team to develop creative content ideas for online platforms.
Monitor the company’s official email account and ensure prompt responses.
Write engaging blog posts.
Conduct data mining to support marketing, customer engagement, and business reporting.
Manage website content and track weekly analytics.
Qualifications & Experience
B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role is an advantage.
Proficiency in social media platforms, website content management, and analytics tools is desirable.
Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience creating content for social media and other digital platforms.
Good organizational and document management skills.
Ability to track website and social media performance and prepare reports.
Professional and responsive approach to customer and client communications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
