ADG Laundry Hub, a Laundromat that offers Self Services such as Wash and Fold, Laundry Pick up, and Delivery, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Attendant

Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Greet visitors, explain machine settings, and assist self-service clients.
  • Order Processing: Manage Wash, Dry, Fold (drop-off) orders by carefully sorting, washing, drying, and folding garments according to care instructions.
  • Point of Sale: Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our store POS system.
  • Facility Care: Clean folding tables, wipe down machines, empty lint traps, and keep the store tidy.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve minor customer complaints quickly and report mechanical issues to management.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Previous background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, a friendly attitude, and strong attention to detail.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Education:minimum qualification OND

Salary
N100,000 - N150,0000 / month.
