Job Title: Data Analyst

About the Role

  • We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our team immediately.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate and analyse data from multiple sources.
  • Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to communicate findings.
  • Use tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau to analyse and present data.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps to support decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and consistency.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.
  • Automate recurring reports and improve data collection processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Practical experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Immediate availability to resume.
