Job Title: Digital Content & Support Associate
Location: Remote (must be a resident of Lagos)

About the Role
- We are looking for a reliable, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Digital Content & Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.
- Respond to customer enquiries and messages promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Create engaging social media content, including graphics, short-form videos, captions, and promotional materials.
- Plan and publish content in line with the company's marketing objectives.
- Assist with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, including setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ads.
- Support the company's wider digital marketing activities and campaigns.
- Monitor social media engagement, trends, and customer feedback.
- Perform other reasonable tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
- Represent the company professionally both online and during physical engagements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should:
- Be a resident of Lagos, Nigeria.
- Have completed NYSC.
- Have relevant experience in social media management, customer support, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Have experience running or managing Facebook/Instagram advertisements.
- Be proficient in CapCut
- Be proficient in Canva or another graphic design tool.
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to respond to customer enquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Be creative and able to develop engaging content for social media.
- Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Be willing to attend events and occasional on-site assignments.
- Be willing to take on other reasonable duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate a high level of reliability, professionalism, responsibility, and integrity.
Device & Work Requirements:
This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) role. The successful candidate is expected to provide:
- A laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- A stable and reliable internet connection.
- A suitable working environment for remote work.
- The company will provide a smartphone and other necessary gadgets/equipment required for the role.

Salary
