Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing premium home and lifestyle brand, for a commercially driven and results-oriented Growth Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, digital sales, brand visibility, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and online sales.
Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Manage the brand’s e-commerce platforms, including product listings, promotions, launches, and conversion optimisation.
Develop and manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
Monitor key growth metrics including website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, revenue, and customer retention.
Identify growth opportunities through market, competitor, customer, and performance data.
Lead digital product launches, promotional campaigns, and other growth initiatives.
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling campaigns and maintain a consistent premium brand identity.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve growth and profitability.
Explore and manage relevant online marketplaces and additional digital sales channels.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
Proven experience driving measurable growth for a consumer-facing or e-commerce brand.
Hands-on experience with Shopify/WooCommerce, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Experience with CRM, email marketing, marketplace management, and conversion optimisation.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, online sales, digital analytics, and performance marketing.
Strong commercial, analytical, creative, and communication skills.
Must be able to demonstrate measurable results from previous growth or digital campaigns.
Salary
N500,000 – N650,000 Monthly (Open to Negotiation).
