Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of itemsand goods to customers. Our services include dispatch rider operations, pickup and drop-off services, and logistics support.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver itemsand goods safely and on time.
• Handle customers’ packages with care.
• Maintain good communication with customers and management.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions.
• Keep delivery records and provide proof of delivery.
• Maintain the motorcycle and other delivery equipment.
• Demonstrate honesty, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements
Educational Requirement:

• Minimum of First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)/SSCE/WAEC or its equivalent.
• Applicants must be able to read, write, communicate effectively, and keep basic delivery records.

Work Experience:

• At least 2 year of experience in dispatch riding, parcel delivery, or logistics services is an advantage. However, hardworking and willing-to-learn applicants may also apply.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and punctuality.
• Ability to navigate routes and use GPS.
• Good knowledge of road safety rules.
• Honesty, reliability, and responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Basic record-keeping skills.
• Valid rider’s licence/cardand safe riding skills.
