Summary

• We are looking to hire responsible and reliable Dispatch Riders to handle food deliveries and other delivery-related duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely deliver food orders to customers within assigned locations.
• Operate and properly handle the restaurant’s electric bike.
• Ensure orders are delivered promptly and in good condition.
• Confirm customer details and delivery locations before setting out.
• Maintain good customer service and professional conduct when interacting with customers.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions.
• Keep the electric bike clean and report any faults or issues promptly.
• Handle cash or payment collections when required.
• Maintain accurate records of completed deliveries.
• Observe all road safety and traffic regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dispatch rider, delivery rider, or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Must be able to ride a motorcycle/electric bike confidently and safely.
• Must be familiar with Lekki and surrounding areas and be able to navigate using Google Maps.
• Must have a valid rider's licence/required riding documentation where applicable.
• Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
• Must be physically fit and comfortable spending significant time on the road.
• Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and honest.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use a smartphone and navigation applications.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Previous restaurant/food delivery experience is an added advantage.

What We Offer

• Salary: N80,000 - N100,000 monthly - Competitive / Negotiable.
