Job Summary

• We are looking for a professional and reliable Driver to join our hotel team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting guests, staff, and goods safely and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service and representing the hotel in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, staff, and hotel items to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
• Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition (fuel, oil, tires, brakes) and report any issues or maintenance needs.
• Follow all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations to ensure passenger and vehicle safety.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide courteous service during pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and trips taken.
• Coordinate with the front desk or management for guest transport schedules.
• Handle minor repairs or coordinate with the mechanic for major repairs when necessary.
• Ensure that all documents related to the vehicle (insurance, registration) are valid and up to date.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of [insert years, e.g., 2–3 years] driving experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with local routes, traffic regulations, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Physically fit to assist with loading/unloading luggage and other items.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
