Job Title: Egg Sales Coordinator

Location: Awe, Oyo

Job Purpose

• The Egg Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the sale and distribution of eggs, managing customer orders, monitoring inventory and pricing, and ensuring timely fulfilment of customer requirements while supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales of eggs to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other customers.
• Receive, process, and track customer orders from confirmation through delivery.
• Monitor available egg stock and coordinate with the farm/production team to ensure accurate stock information.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new customers and support business development activities.
• Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor daily sales volumes, prices, customer payments, and outstanding orders.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Monitor market prices and competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback.
• Follow up on customer complaints, shortages, damages, and delivery issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation of sales, deliveries, invoices, and customer transactions.
• Support the implementation of approved pricing and sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of egg movement from farm to customers and minimise product losses.
• Work closely with Finance, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• 4 – 6 years’ experience in sales coordination, FMCG, agriculture, poultry, or a related industry.
• Experience in egg or poultry product sales is an advantage.
• Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
