We are seeking a commercially driven Marketing & Sales professional to identify market opportunities, evaluate new product ideas, coordinate product development, and drive successful product launches across the plastics, flexible packaging, and agricultural equipment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research, field visits, and competitor analysis.
Identify new products, market gaps, and business opportunities.
Prepare feasibility studies covering demand, pricing, costs, and profitability.
Coordinate product development, sampling, and trials with internal teams.
Build customer relationships, secure initial orders, and drive product sales.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, product development, manufacturing, plastics, flexible packaging, or agricultural equipment.
Knowledge of product development, market analysis, and commercial feasibility.
Strong sales, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to convert market opportunities into revenue.
Willingness to conduct regular field visits within the Nigerian market.
Salary
USD 1,500 monthly / Local salary as per company standards.
