Oversee daily operations and ensure all sections run smoothly.
Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer complaints.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper product display.
Track stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Support cashier oversight, shift handover, and cash control checks.
Ensure staff punctuality, discipline, and performance.
Report daily activities and issues to management.
Drive sales, reduce waste, and maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc. in any field.
2–5 years proven experience as a Supervisor in a supermarket, retail, fast-food, or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of customer service standards.
Integrity, discipline, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must live within or close toAbule-Egba / Agege / Iyana-Ipaja / Alimosho / Alakuko.
