Brands and Trade Retail Consultants Limited is a recruitment and field-force consulting firm specializing in building high-performing sales teams for leading beverage brands (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) across Lagos and its environs. We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated sales professionals to join our clients’ field sales operations.

Job Title: Field Executive

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• We are currently recruiting driven, result-oriented, and experienced sales professionals to support distributor-led sales operations across multiple territories.
• The Field Executive is responsible for driving bulk sales, managing key customer relationships, coordinating deliveries, and expanding market presence across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate bulk orders and meet sales targets
• Build and manage relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts
• Coordinate order processing and delivery with Van Sales teams
• Age: 25 – 35years
• Conduct market intelligence and customer feedback reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 2 years experience.
• Sales experience in FMCG or beverage distribution is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good reporting, planning, and time management skills.

Compensation

• Very attractive (Salary: N137,000 - N290,000 monthly)
• Industry standard.
