What you’ll do

  • Build a pipeline of high-net-worth homeowners, developers, hotels, restaurants and corporate offices
  • Develop referral partnerships with architects, interior designers and real estate agents
  • Visit client homes and sites, recommend complete solutions, and run listening demos
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate within policy, and close deals with deposits
  • Grow each account through upgrades and referrals, and log everything in the CRM

What you bring

  • 5 years in consultative sales of premium or luxury products (audio, electronics, luxury auto, real estate or similar)
  • A record of meeting or beating targets on high-value deals
  • Working knowledge of multi-room streaming, home cinema, Wi-Fi and smart-home basics
  • A network among HNI clients, architects, designers or developers in Lagos or Abuja
  • Executive presence and discretion (Sonos, CEDIA or AVIXA training is a plus)
