Job Title: People Operations Specialist
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
What you’ll do
Maintain staff records, contracts and Zoho People
Produce monthly HR reports covering headcount, attrition, absence and payroll changes
Run KPI setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and probation reviews
Prepare payroll inputs and handle pension, HMO and statutory remittances with Finance
Support employee relations cases and policy compliance
What you bring
Degree in HR or business, plus CIPM or equivalent
5+ years in HR operations or as an HR generalist
Strong Excel, HR analytics and HRIS skills
Working knowledge of Nigerian labour law, PAYE and pension rules,.
