Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and people-oriented HR Associate to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and employee engagement, with creative ideas for improving employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Assist with employee relations by addressing staff concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
Develop and implement creative employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance management, leave administration, and other HR operations.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to initiatives that improve employee morale, retention, and workplace productivity.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Practical experience in recruitment and employee relations.
Demonstrable employee engagement ideas and initiatives.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
Must reside in Lekki, Ikoyi, or nearby areas and be able to commute to the office daily.
