Our goal is to meet the needs of our clients ranging from individual clients, government parastatals, corporate organizations, manufacturing companies, public sectors/organizations, hotels, churches as well as multinationals companies and corporations.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource Generalist
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering. Conduct virtual onboarding and orientation for new hires. Maintain talent pipeline database.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as first point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Drive employee engagement initiatives for remote team. Manage disciplinary and exit processes.
HR Operations & Admin:
Maintain accurate employee records on HRIS. Manage leave, attendance, and HR documentation. Support monthly payroll preparation. Prepare HR reports - turnover, retention, headcount
Performance & Learning:
Coordinate performance appraisal process. Identify training needs and track learning (LMS)
Requirements & Qualifications
B.Sc. / HND in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field
3-6 years experience as HR Generalist / HR Officer
Professional certification (CIPM, HRCI, SHRM) is an advantage
Solid knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law
Excellent communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills
