We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Technical Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain fleet management/tracking devices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of speed control devices.
• Attend to customer technical enquiries, complaints and escalations.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and field teams.
• Conduct customer training and product demonstrations.
• Carry out quality checks and inspections on installations.
• Work closely with Service Delivery, IT, Procurement, Accounts and other teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay updated on developments in fleet management technology, telematics and related solutions.

Job Requirement

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant experience in technical support, fleet management, logistics, automotive technology, telematics or a related field.
• Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems, telematics or fleet management solutions is an added advantage.
• Experience with installation, configuration and maintenance of technical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in the field and travel to client locations when required.
