Job Title: Finance Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• The Finance Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, processing transactions, performing reconciliations and ensuring compliance with established financial procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Process payments, receipts and other financial transactions.
• Prepare bank and account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of periodic financial and management reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and expenditure monitoring.
• Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions and audits.
• Support payroll-related financial processes where required.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies and applicable regulations.
• Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certification or progress towards one will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting software.

Salary
N600,000 - N900,000 monthly.
