Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Operations Officer to support daily financial operations, ensure efficient process execution, maintain accurate records, and facilitate smooth service delivery.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in banking, microfinance, fintech, or financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency.
• Process and verify financial transactions and operational documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
• Support account reconciliation and transaction monitoring.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure customer requests are handled promptly.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Support risk management and internal control procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in financial operations, preferably within a microfinance bank, fintech company, commercial bank, or financial services organization.
• Good understanding of financial transactions, reconciliation, and operational procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N200,000 – N220,000 Net Monthly.
