Job Title: Finishing Supervisor

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

• 7–10 years’ proven experience in finishing works, preferably within construction or real estate development
• BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or related field
• Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
• Proven experience supervising finishing works and construction activities on building projects
• Strong knowledge of tiling, screeding, plastering, painting, ceilings, flooring, doors, fittings, and other finishing works
• Experience coordinating artisans, subcontractors, materials, and site activities
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail, quality consciousness, discipline, and professionalism
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
