We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk / Customer Service Officer
Location: Okota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (shift basis; anyone who works on Sunday will not resume on Monday)
Job Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and attend to customers professionally.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
Answer calls and manage front desk activities.
Maintain records and ensure a tidy reception area.
Provide general administrative support when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of SSCE / OND.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be polite, organised, and customer-focused.
Previous front desk or customer service experience is an advantage.
Remuneration
Salary: N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
Performance Bonus: Available.
