We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Front Desk / Customer Service Officer
Job Location: Okota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (shift basis; anyone who works on Sunday will not resume on Monday)

Job Responsibilities


  • Welcome visitors and attend to customers professionally.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Answer calls and manage front desk activities.
  • Maintain records and ensure a tidy reception area.
  • Provide general administrative support when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be polite, organised, and customer-focused.
  • Previous front desk or customer service experience is an advantage.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
  • Performance Bonus: Available.
