Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate departmental activities, implement business strategies, and drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and organisational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure effective implementation of business strategies.
  • Coordinate departmental heads, monitor performance, and drive accountability towards organisational goals.
  • Identify business development opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and market growth.
  • Monitor operational expenses, resource utilisation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, effective stakeholder relationships, and timely resolution of operational challenges.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop employees while fostering teamwork and productivity.
  • Prepare operational performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Director.

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years' relevant management experience, preferably in operations or senior management.
  • Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Relevant professional certifications and an MBA are added advantages.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, business development, and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of financial management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business management or CRM tools.
  • High levels of integrity, accountability, organisation, and professionalism.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly, plus transportation allowance and 13th-month benefit
