Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

  • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the organisation's financial operations, developing financial strategies, managing financial risks, and ensuring financial sustainability and regulatory compliance.
  • The CFO provides strategic financial insights to support business growth, improve profitability, optimise resource allocation, and guide executive decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and cash flow management.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Establish effective internal controls and risk management systems.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
  • Lead the finance team and coordinate internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including experience in a senior financial management role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • High standards of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.

Salary
N500,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
