About the Role

• We are seeking a smart, ambitious, and purpose-driven graduate eager to launch and build an impactful career in commercial sales and business development.
• This program provides hands-on exposure, structured mentorship, and direct involvement in sales prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead generation, client prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and commercial pitches.
• Conduct market research to identify prospective industry sectors and business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and weekly performance reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with team leads to achieve revenue and acquisition targets

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND or OND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Willing to work in the field and target-driven, Passionate and disciplined (Critical)
• Age: 21–29 years.
• Graduate or serving NYSC corps member.
• Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.

• Mindset: Quick learner, resilient, tech-savvy, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
