Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to produce high-quality visual content that supports our brand, marketing campaigns, and client-facing communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual content for digital and print use.
• Create and maintain consistent brand identity across all company materials and client deliverables.
• Design recruitment and HR-related marketing materials, job adverts, onboarding kits, company profiles, and proposals.
• Support the marketing team with graphics for campaigns, newsletters, email banners, and digital adverts.
• Edit and retouch images and produce motion graphics or simple animations where required.
• Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to ensure visuals align with messaging and campaign goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Maintain an organized library of design files, brand assets, and templates.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline.
• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print design.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver clean final files promptly.
• Knowledge of basic motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
• Must reside within or within easy commuting distance of Ikeja, Lagos.

Salary
N130,000 per month.
