Growth Manager

What You Will Do

• Corporate B2B Sales: Pitch, negotiate, and close corporate accounts for Khairo’s "Lunch & Learn" seminars, employee wellness packages, and executive metabolic health audits.
• Doctor & Hospital Partnerships: Meet with Medical Directors, private clinic owners, and specialists to set up active patient referral pipelines for specialized nutrition care.
• HMO Network Expansion: Engage HMO provider relations managers to increase Khairo’s authorized patient referral volume.
• Pipeline & Revenue Management: Proactively source B2B leads, execute field outreach across core business hubs (Lekki, VI, Ikoyi, Ikeja), and meet monthly growth targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. / B.A.) in Business Administration, Marketing, Biological/Health Sciences, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Proven Sales Track Record: 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or HMO provider relations in Lagos.
• Executive Polish: Flawless spoken and written communication skills with complete confidence presenting to C-suite executives, HR heads, and senior physicians.
• Target-Driven Mindset: Self-motivated networker who thrives on field outreach, closing contracts, and maximizing performance earnings.
