We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head of Marketing
Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 3-5 years experience
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing and the ability to develop strategies for both audiences.
- Proven experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, brand growth and market positioning.
- Experience working with e-commerce businesses is highly desirable.
- FMCG experience is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to use data and market insights to drive marketing decisions and business growth.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities
- Develop marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer retention
- Establish relationships with hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and other institutional buyers.
- Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or food distribution is highly preferred
