Job Title: Hotel Supervisor / Accountant
Location: Asaba, Delta
Key Duties
- Oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive revenue & occupancy, handle guest relations, and ensure compliance with safety & service standards.
Requirements
- Education: HND / BSc in Hospitality, Business Admin or related field
- Experience: 4-6+ years in hotel management, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Skills: PMS/Opera, budgeting & P&L, staff management, revenue & guest relations
- Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, proactive & results-driven
