Job Title: HR / Admin Executive

Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced HR/Admin Executive to lead human resources and administrative operations within our food and beverage/hospitality business.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong people-management skills with hands-on expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and workplace administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Oversee employee relations, attendance, leave administration, disciplinary processes, and HR records.
- Support payroll inputs, staff welfare, training, policy implementation, and compliance with applicable labour requirements.
- Supervise day-to-day office administration, facilities, vendors, supplies, and operational support.
- Provide HR reports and advise management on people and administrative matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of five years’ HR and administrative experience, including at least three years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Relevant experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and workplace administration.
- Excellent communication, organisation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
