Own HR for Oak Exclusive’s 20–99 employees, supporting the people behind its tailoring, printing, embroidery and branding work. As the sole HR lead, you’ll partner with department managers to build practical routines, handle employee matters fairly and keep essential HR operations dependable.
Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard employees across production and support roles.
Resolve employee issues fairly in partnership with department managers.
Run performance reviews and help managers turn feedback into development.
Maintain HR policies, employee records and employment compliance.
Administer payroll and benefits accurately.
Coordinate training and development.
Requirements
4-8 years of experience
Prior team leadership
HR ownership and department manager partnership
Recruitment and onboarding
Employee relations and performance management
Payroll and benefits administration
Labour Act, PAYE, pension, NHF and NSITF compliance
Strong written communication
Customer-facing product or manufacturing experience
Nigerian Labour Act compliance
