Job Position: HR Officer

Job Location: Area 8, Garki - Abuja (FCT) 
Start Date: Immediate
Job Type: Fully Onsite

Description

  • The clinic is seeking an experienced HR Officer to complement its existing HR team and support efficient workforce management.

Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate recruitment, staff onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Manage staff records, attendance, leave, and other HR administrative duties.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
  • Support performance appraisals, staff training, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labour laws.
  • Coordinate staff welfare and support workforce planning across departments.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide general HR support to management.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Humanities or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Previous HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is mandatory.
  • HR-related certification or professional training.
  • Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple HR responsibilities.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
