Qualifications
Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain positive employee relations
Knowledge of labor law and best HR practices applicable in Nigeria
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
