Job Description

• We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage inventory operations, stock records and warehouse controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch of raw materials, finished goods and consumables.
• ⁠Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/inventory management software.
• ⁠Conduct stock counts, reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Track inventory by batch/lot number and storage location.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality Control and Finance.
• ⁠Ensure proper documentation, traceability, warehouse organisation and compliance with inventory control procedures.

Requirements

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Must have 2–3 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing or commodity trading preferred.
• ⁠Hands-on experience with Odoo Inventory or other ERP/inventory management software is strongly preferred.
• ⁠Good Microsoft Excel, numerical analysis, stock reconciliation and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and accountability.
