Junior Sales and Letting Executive

The thought of creating TERAWORK came to our founder in 2015 after an unpleasant experience where he engaged and worked remotely with an unknown person he met online to help complete a tech project. While it is clear he needed help from an expert for a few days, he didn’t get one. What contributed to the bad experience include lack of online platforms within the region with an end-to-end process for employing remote manpower in a flexible and safe manner.

In response, he created a process he uses repeatedly to find and engage, on on-demand basis, independent workers for his tasks. Unlike before, the process enables both himself and his independent worker trust working remotely with each other. He decided to build the process into a technology for a lot of people to benefit from.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Junior Sales and Lettings Executive to support property sales, leasing, and rental operations.
• The ideal candidate will generate leads, market available properties, manage client enquiries, conduct property inspections, and convert prospects into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for property sales, rentals, and leases through online platforms, referrals, and other channels.
• Market available properties through social media, property listing websites, and other promotional channels.
• Respond to client enquiries, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property inspections and viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
• Follow up with leads, buyers, tenants, and landlords to drive conversions and close transactions.
• Negotiate sales and rental terms in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, leads, and completed transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and prospective clients.
• Monitor real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business development activities.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, real estate, property marketing, or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of the real estate market is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
