 Principal Accountabilities:

• Ensure conclusion & documentation of subordinates’ daily tasks using SOPs.
• Availability of calibrated data for all key measuring equipment and equipment efficiency and reliability when verified. 
• OTIF of all analyses. Reliable, authorized and effective documentation of results.
• Reagent preparation should be done on or before 70% consumption of current stock in use (must never be at zero stock level).
• Reagents’ Buffer stock update must be current and escalated when stock is 30% of buffer stock level. Same for stationery.
• Min of three bulk liquid tallow tanker results to be released before 11am daily, if vehicle registration begins by 9am.
• All data, results and information of tests/activities must be accessible, retrievable, readable, clear, without mutilations, signed as appropriate and stored in the right logs/files and file/logbook position.
• OTIF of all summary reports (weekly review to be ready on or before 7am Monday of proceeding week).

Environmental Management System (Ems) Objectives

Quality And Plan Compliance Delivery: GMP

• To have a good knowledge of GMP requirements and application on site in line with GMP standard (PZC GMP standard/NAFDAC requirements)

Education / Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc., HND or OND in Physical Science: Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, other related Laboratory Science courses, and Chemical Engineering.
• Basic operational Software Knowledge in Computer.
• Good Understanding of GMP (ISO 22716:2007) and QMS (ISO 9001:2015) standards.
