Department: Engineering
Reports To: Head, Supply Chain
Experience: 5–8 years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and utilities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
  • Maintain milling, grinding, sieving, conveying, mixing and packaging equipment.
  • Support PLC, HMI, VFD, motor, control panel and automation maintenance.
  • Participate in machine fabrication, modification, installation and commissioning.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and improve equipment reliability.
  • Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts requirements and safety compliance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • B.Sc./B.Eng./HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
  • 5–8 years’ relevant industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Experience in FMCG, food processing, milling, sugar, salt or flour manufacturing is strongly preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of mechanical repairs, electrical systems and industrial automation.
  • Experience with locally fabricated machinery is an advantage.
