KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead new product development and existing product improvement.
- Develop and optimize formulations, processes, and production costs.
- Conduct laboratory trials, factory-scale trials, and shelf-life studies.
- Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and packaging compatibility.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with QC, Production, Procurement, and other departments to support product commercialization.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing and R&D.
- Practical experience in product formulation, process optimization, and product trials.
- Experience with powdered food products and dry blending is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
- Note: R&D will operate as a stand-alone unit, independent of the QC Department.
