We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Systems Specialist I

Location: Nigeria

Main Functions

  • Maintenance Systems Specialist should have a good understanding of safety, health and environmental requirements (SHE), and perform materials functions to ensure equipment and spare parts comply with standards, regulatory requirements and maintenance needs.
  • This Specialist works with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as SAP or International Production Enterprise System (IPES), and may execute contract administration and coordinate interfaces after contract award.
  • Typical positions include Materials Specialist, IPES Specialist, Global Enterprise Management System (GEMS) Specialist, STRIPES Specialist and Contract Administration Specialist.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to reliable operations that comply with laws and regulations while eliminating potential safety, health and environmental incidents.
  • Maintain communication with Operations, Maintenance and Logistics organizations.
  • Adhere to company oi and Controls Integrity (CI) systems and procedures, and support their improvement.
  • Support Field Maintenance personnel, provide procurement guidance and maintain contract files.
  • Liaise between Field Units and Procurement to ensure availability of contracts, contractors, goods and services.
  • Work with Procurement on contract renewals, awards, resolutions and follow-up actions.
  • Help develop contract work scopes and support technical pre-qualifications and assessments.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of CMMS and be proficient in entering and extracting maintenance data.
  • Order materials and replacement parts, maintain inventory records, process invoices and coordinate payments.
