Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos

About the Role
- We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing & Business Development Officer to increase brand visibility, attract new customers and generate sales opportunities across its printing, branding, digital and creative services.
- The ideal candidate must be able to communicate the value of the company's services, build relationships and turn enquiries into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers, corporate clients, organisations and business partners.
- Proactively reach out to prospects and generate qualified sales leads.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals until resolved.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and execute marketing activities that promote Iso-Black services.
- Plan social media content and coordinate promotional campaigns.
- Develop proposals and presentations materials
- Track leads, conversion rates, sales activity and campaign performance
- Coordinate with production teams to communicate customer requirements accurately.
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline.
- Approximately 2–4 years of relevant marketing, sales or business development experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to use social media and basic digital marketing tools.
- A portfolio of campaigns, sales achievements or marketing work is an advantage.
Work Arrangement:
- Office-based, with one agreed day off per week.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
