We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing and Growth Associate

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven individual to help grow our brand, expand our reach and connect with schools.
  • We’re building a school management platform that helps schools manage their operations more effectively, and we’re looking for someone ready to help us reach more schools and grow our presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing and social media activities.
  • Create engaging content to promote Scrybe.
  • Identify, contact and engage schools and potential partners.
  • Arrange school visits, demos and follow-ups.
  • Research market trends and gather feedback from schools.
  • Track marketing activities and report on growth.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of social media, content creation and digital marketing.
  • Confidence in reaching out to schools and building relationships.
  • Good organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and thrive in a growing startup.
  • Must be based in Lagos and comfortable with school visits.
