Role Description

  • The Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos.
  • This role involves developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns that promote Auldon’s products and brand across various channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, coordinating sales and promotional activities, and supporting the development of marketing materials.
  • The Marketing Executive will collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to drive brand awareness, increase store traffic, and enhance customer engagement.
  • The role also includes tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to achieve marketing and sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret customer and competitor insights.
  • Sales and Communication skills to support sales initiatives and engage effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to use basic marketing analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Relevant experience in retail or consumer products marketing is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
