Caronik Security Solutions Limited was registered with corporate affairs commission (CAC) in year 2005 but started operating in 2007 and licensed by the ministry of interior and Nigerian security and civil defense corps the agency that regulate and monitor the private security company in Nigeria. The business head office is located at Ikeja while the operations office is in Ogba Laos state.

The vision of caronik security is to be the most sought after private security service provider in Nigeria by providing a world class safety and protection services.

Job Summary

• We are seeking smart, driven and result-oriented Marketing Executives to drive sales and increase our market share in the private security industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients and promoting our full range of security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new clients for Manned Guarding and other security services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client retention.
• Conduct field marketing, presentations and proposals to prospective clients (Estates, Corporate Organizations, Factories, Schools, Hotels, Churches etc).
• Achieve set monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly marketing reports and client feedback.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitors' activities.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions and security forums.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new guards/clients.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in marketing, preferably in security, insurance, banking, or service industry.
• Must be self-motivated, confident, smart and able to close deals independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Must be resident in Lagos and willing to do extensive field marketing.
• Must have good knowledge of Lagos environs.
• Age: 25 - 40 years.
• Previous experience in private security marketing is a strong advantage.
• Existing client network/relationship is an added advantage.

Remuneration

• Very attractive salary plus high commission on every successful deal closed.
• Transportation allowance, Card allowance, and other incentives.
• Earnings are performance-driven with no limit.
