Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies, promote the company's products and services, generate leads, and drive business growth.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Generate leads and convert prospective customers into active clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business development and revenue targets.
• Prepare marketing reports and provide updates on campaign performance.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitors' activities and recommend strategies to improve the company's market position.
• Achieve assigned marketing and sales targets within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities.
• Good understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Target-driven, organised, proactive, and results-oriented.

Salary
N215,000 per month.
