STAX is a leading a software company based in Nigeria, specialized in delivering high performance technological systems (software and hardware) solution to Health Institutions Establishment, Educational Institutions and Establishments, and businesses across Africa.

Job Title: Marketing Lead

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & implement marketing strategies aligned with Stax's business objectives.
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager to support effective execution of marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for our products and services.
• Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports to Management.
• Plan promotional activities, market outreaches, activations, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate digital and offline marketing activities.
• Track results and recommend improvements based on performance.
• Conduct market research and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Drive brand awareness, product adoption, and customer acquisition.
• Support product launches, promotions, and other business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, BusinessAdministration, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Ability to take initiative and work independently. 3-5 years of proven professional marketing experience.
• Good understanding of both digital and offline marketing.
• Experience in customer acquisition, brand development, and promotional activities.
• Strong communication, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in technology, fintech, retail,e- commerce, SaaS, or a similar industry is an advantage.
