Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to grow sales of printing services, attract new clients and manage existing customer relationships.
• The ideal candidate must have proven experience selling printing services and the ability to convert business opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities for printing services.
• Build relationships with corporate organisations, advertising agencies, publishers and other prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s printing capabilities through prospecting, client visits, presentations and networking.
• Prepare proposals and quotations in collaboration with production and costing teams.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved limits.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure customer specifications, quality expectations and delivery timelines are understood and met.
• Manage customer accounts, resolve complaints and encourage repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular performance reports.
• Follow up on outstanding payments in collaboration with the Accounts team.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience selling printing services.
• Good understanding of printing products, production processes and customer requirements.
• Proven ability to generate leads, win clients and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to prepare persuasive proposals and follow through on sales opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• An established network of printing service buyers is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable with regular client visits.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
